Thanksgiving Meal
It’s almost that time of year again! For Thanksgiving, we are feeding those in our area who do not have a place to go and have a warm Thanksgiving meal. We are getting together clothes & other accessory items (such as deodorant, gloves, toothbrushes, scarfs etc) to donate as well. If you’d like to volunteer to serve the needy, or have clothing you want to donate, please reach out to Ken, message us here or on Facebook, or stop by the store for details! We appreciate all of our customers, & thank you in advance for helping us give back to the community!
Pizza In the Parking Lot!
This past Saturday on November 4th, we teamed up with the church to serve the needy in our area. We cooked them homemade pizza’s, donated tons of clothes, and gave out hygiene packets with Chapstick, deodorant, toothbrushes, socks, beanies, and more. We just want to send out a special thanks to all that came out and volunteered. We love coming together with our community to help in any way we can. We’ll be doing another event around the holidays, so be sure to check for upcoming details!
**BBQ WOOD RE-STOCKED**
We have multiple flavors of wood in stock for all of your BBQ cooking needs! Hickory, Oak, Pecan, Cherry, Post Oak, and Mesquite!! We sell 16 piece stacks of large split quality wood! We typically always keep it in stock! Call Ken for inquires, or just stop by! (214)707-0078.
**STATE FAIR IS IN TOWN!!**
How many of y’all are going to the Fair this weekend?? The cooler weather will make it a great weekend for some outdoor fun! We are located just a few blocks away, so come by and shop with us! We’ve gotten in some new inventory this week, and we’re lowering prices on some older items. Come say hi and take advantage of our weekend sales!!!
**LABOR DAY WEEKEND 2017**
Labor Day Weekend is right around the corner! Ken is taking phone orders for BBQ! If you need any meat smoked for your weekend plans, stop by the shop or call Ken at 214-707-0078 to reserve a spot on the smoker! BRING YOUR MEAT, WE’LL COOK IT!

**Monthly BBQ Drawing**
We are doing a month to month contest for BBQ! For every $10 you spend at the store, you get a ticket entered into our monthly drawing! $50= 5 ticket entries. On the last day of every month, we’ll shake up the tickets and draw 1 random winner. If we draw a ticket of yours, Ken will call to ask what kind of BBQ you and your family would like. We’ve done a rack of ribs, whole chicken, pork butt and more! You could be our next winner!!

Great place to shop and hang out! Where old school meets our new neighbors , so happy to see the bar-soap family/fair park and “famous local celebrity”still supporting and finding the cool spots. They they recently brought in TONS of great vinyl( records) my big collection of old metal lockers, and some amazing speakers !got a high turnover of product , come check it out!
